General Information:
Conference Liaison: To
help assist you with
registration and conference
activities, Todd Clinard will be
available to direct you to the
correct conference rooms, assist
you with registration, and
assist with conference
activities.
Check-in / Departure:
Conference and hotel registration
begins at 3 PM on Thursday.
Check-out time on Saturday is by 12
noon.
Accommodations: All
registrations for hotel rooms are to
be made directly with the Embassy
Suites in Frisco. If you have any
questions or issues regarding your
room arise, please contact the hotel
staff directly.
Meals: As part of your hotel
cost, the Embassy Suites provides a
complementary made-to-order
breakfast each morning, and Hors
d'oeuveres in the afternoon. The
remaining meals will be "on your
own."
Dress: Please dress as you
would for church services. Be
comfortable.
Age: The conference is open
to men age 14 or older. Please
note: no child care is provided at
the conference.
Additional Costs: The Embassy
Suites offers valet parking for $12
per day, or self parking with 24
hour security for $6 per day.
Flight Information: We
recommend that guests use DFW
Airport for Arrivals and Departures.
